Scuola Italiana Sci e Snowboard Madesimo has been teaching pupils to ski here since 1934 and today has 60 instructors. The alternative ski school is Scuola Svi Campodolcino, further along the valley at the foot of the Sky Express lift in the same ski area.
Moreno Pedroncelli – Guanella Pio is the mountain guiding organisation offering everything from gentle outings to more demanding ski-tours, from basic climbing instruction to the challenges of serious rock surfaces, as well as an introduction to alpine skiing, freestyle and heli-skiing.
Boscone Suite Hotel was the first hotel in Lombardy to become a member of Italy Family Hotels, a consortium that pays a particular attention to the needs of the families. You can book cots, bottle warmers, baby-changing units, and baby baths. There’s an in-house miniclub providing snacks, a playground, a paediatric pharmacy, and babysitting provided on request.
