Vive l’amour, vive le ski! In resorts all across the northern hemisphere the pistes are overcrowded today and your high season holiday is costing you a fortune. But who gives a monkey’s? It’s Valentine’s Day.

What’s the best ski resort in the world? Easy. It’s the one where there’s 30cm of fresh powder beneath your feet. The sun is shining from a cloudless sky, ice crystals are dancing in the air and you’re with the person you love. Oh, and lunch looks promising.
