This is a great place for enjoying a hot chocolate and Strudel in one of the tearooms or pastry-shops, relaxing with a grown-up glass of wine in your luxury hotel, or shopping in the pleasant pedestrian area, but it’s less good for dancing on tables in your ski boots. Up on the mountain, the hip and contemporary Las Vegas Lodge is a great place to stop for a late-afternoon drink. Meanwhile, down in San Cassiano, the Rosa Alpina has a wine bar, and table service in the lounge by reception. De la Vedla and Hugs Disco Bar are also popular meeting places in the village. The historic saw mill, La Sieia, has been recently refurbished, with a restaurant, rooms and a lounge bar. You can come here for a cheese tasting, with wines and liquors to go with it.
