You are spoilt for choice at lunchtime on the mountain, with restaurants skiable to in Flaine, Les Carroz and Samoens as well as the more local ones. On the ridge above Morillon, try the Refuge l’Igloo at La Vielle 1500m, which has reasonable food.
In Morillon village, L’Etoile des Neiges (+33 450 90 46 06) serves pizzas and crepes, Le Morillon is a table-service eatery in the hotel of the same name close to the piste, and Le Carline (+33 450 90 37 56) offers Savoyarde specialities.
Little Sixt Fer a Cheval has half a dozen places to eat including Le Grenier a Babou (+33 450 34 12 51), which serves local specialities and crepes. Savoyard specialities can be eatern at Auberge de la Feuille d’Erable (+33 450 34 44 47) which is open for lunch and dinner, Le 27 (+33 450 89 87 95), Chalet Restaurant du Cirque du Fer a Cheval (+33 450 89 13 88), Le Chalet du Lignon (+33 450 34 99 90), and Le Rouet (+33 450 34 40 89) at Salvagny.
