Resorts are starting to open all over the Alps, so now is the time to find a ski deal and book your holiday if you haven't done so already!

It’s less than a month until Christmas and resorts are starting to open all over the Alps, with Val d’Isere and Tignes up and going this weekend. It’s snowing across the Alps, with more expected in the week ahead, so now must the time to book your ski holiday if you haven’t done so already!

Don’t forget to reserve your airport parking at least 24 hours before you go – this is especially important during peak holiday periods. If you’re flying from Gatwick, Cophall Parking has some offers just for Welove2ski viewers.

 

Les Deux Alpes in January from £356pp with Ski France
Skiers and snowboarders have new direct flights from Stansted airport to Grenoble, operated by Jet2 every Saturday from December. What’s more, those flying the new route can take advantage of Jet2’s £25 ski carriage offer (saving 50%). Les Deux Alpes is just one of the resorts close to Grenoble and you can stay at Hotel Ibiza which is a three-star property with views across the Ecrins National Park. A seven-night stay, from January 14, costs from £356pp (down from £424pp) for two people sharing. The price includes half-board accommodation, transfers, a private shuttle bus service to the slopes, and the use of the hotel’s Turkish Bath, hot tub and indoor pool. Flights cost extra. Kitzbuhel from £557 per Linda with Inghams!
All people named Linda can save £125 on their ski holiday to Chalet Linda in Kitzbuhel. Only those whose passport name is Linda can receive a special discount of £125 if they book into the new chalet, which sleeps 28-37 people. To qualify, the holiday must be booked before Thursday November 30. Inghams is offering a seven-night holiday on a catered basis from £557 per Linda, including the discount. Price includes return flights from Bristol to Innsbruck and airport transfers. The package is valid for travel departing on January 6. Bookings: Inghams.

Les Arcs in December for £315pp with Ski Total
Spend a week at Chalet l’Ours Andin, which sleeps 10 people in Arcs 2000 for £315pp – it was £499pp – on December 15. The price includes flights, half board accommodation, and resort transfers. The slopes and the nearest lift are just 250m from the door, and there’s free use of the property’s indoor swimming-pool. Bookings: Ski Total.

Val d’Isere early season luxury from £995pp with SNO
Experience spectacular mountain luxury for thousands of pounds less by booking Val d’Isere’s Chalet Mistral for the beginning of December. While a peak week holiday over February half term will set you back £3564pp, a seven-night stay departing December 3 is £995pp. The cost includes gourmet chalet catering (featuring fine wines and an open bar) as well as a chauffeur service. The 14-bed chalet is ski-in ski-out with two outdoor hot tubs and a home cinema. Bookings: SNO.

Zermatt chalet in December for 6,990chf with Matterhorn Chalets
As a season starter in Chalet Ulysse in Zermatt, there’s an introductory week starting December 16 for sole occupancy on a catered basis, including daily breakfast and fine dining on four evenings with all drinks provided. The charming chalet accommodates guests in great comfort and is conveniently located for quick access to the Matterhorn Express gondola lift. It also has some great views of the iconic Matterhorn itself. The price for a week is now

La Plagne New Year for £702pp with Alpine Elements
On the week commencing December 27 stay seven nights at Chalet Gemeaux in Plagne 1800 for £702pp – it was £1,037pp. The chalet sleeps 34 people and the price includes Gatwick-Grenoble flights, resort transfers, chalet catering. The property is close to slopes and has a sauna. The bedrooms are mainly twins, with some quads and family rooms. Bookings: Alpine Elements.

Val d’Isere and TDC Clinic package from £849pp with VIP SKI
There’s a deal on TDC Clinic packages for selected December stays, so that you can hone your slope style before the crowds arrive. TDC offers lessons at a variety of levels, ranging from the Confidence Clinic aimed at green-run skiers, to the Challenges Clinic for strong black-run skiers looking to advance into off-piste and improve their mogul technique. A seven-night stay at Aspen Lodge Suite 6 (sleeps 6) in Val d’Isere departing December 13 costs from £1,129pp (saving £101pp) for seven nights half-board accommodation, flights, transfers and TDC coaching. Alternatively, a seven-night stay at the Aspen Lodge Suite 6 departing December 6 costs from £849pp (saving £121pp) for seven nights’ half board and TDC coaching, but flights and transfers are not included. TDC coaching is from Thursday to Monday, three hours per day. Bookings: VIP Ski.

Val Thorens early season fro £276pp with Erna Low
There’s a 40% saving on 7 nights in Chalet Altitude Residence in Val Thorens from December 9. This 2 bedroom apartment (sleeps 4/6) was £1,689 is now £1,102 (save £587). Located in the quiet Les Balcons district the chalet is conveniently situated 150m from the slopes, with ski-in access available for intermediate skiers (snow permitting). The Savoyard style chalet boasts 20 apartments, stunning views of the resort and Belleville valley and an indoor swimming pool and sauna. Price includes Eurotunnel Flexiplus return tickets. Meribel short break for £287pp with iGoSki
On January 7 you can stay 3 nights at Chalet Fleurs des Alpes, close to the slopes in Meribel for 287pp – it was £348pp. The traditional wooden chalet is two minutes’ walk fro the Morel lift and has eight bedrooms. The holiday price includes Luton-Geneva flights, resort transfers, and chalet board accommodation. Bookings: IgoSki.
