The ski season is upon us. So if you haven't done so already, now is the time to book.

Val Thorens has already opened, Val d’Isere is opening this coming weekend, and others will follow. The ski season is upon us. This week’s deals include the pre-Christmas and Christmas weeks. As well as looking through the deals below, it’s also worth seeing what the ski specialist travel agencies have on offer, such as SNO, Snowfinders and Ski in Luxury. Most of the major tour operators have ski holiday deals available throughout the winter, too.

Don’t forget to reserve your airport parking at least 24 hours before you go – or even further in advance during peak holiday periods. If you’re flying from Gatwick, Cophall Parking has some offers just for Welove2ski followers.

Avoriaz in January from £488pp with Erna Low
Ski in January and save 20% on luxurious ski apartments. Residence L’Amara in Avoriaz has spectacular views across the valley and direct access to the pistes of Les Portes du Soleil, and you can unwind at the end of the day in the indoor pool and spa. Book a self-drive package for seven nights from January 11, with a two-bedroom six-person apartment and Eurotunnel Flexiplus crossings for £488pp – a saving of over £100pp. This is based on four sharing, with a total price £1,952, (full price was £2,377). Tignes in January from £459pp with Inghams
