Where to Party in La Rosiere

We don’t predict a riot. Hardly a legendary centre of hedonistic getting-down and merriment, instead La Rosiere gets on with what it does best, namely being a relaxed and friendly place in which to spend some quality time among friends and family. And very infectious it is, too.

If that’s not your style, then the nearest it gets is at Le Petit Danois (+33 479 06 83 17) – a bar/restaurant offering live music, themed parties (how good can YOU look in something styled exclusively from a bin-bag?), cocktail nights and screened sporting events. For much of the time the focus in the heart of La Rosiere 1850 is Arpin’s Bar (+33 479 06 81 39), which apart from karaoke nights offers free WiFi. Le Pub (+33 479 41 31 08) is a friendly bar with a pool table and dance floor. Le 1850 (+33 479 00 57 65) serves tapas and wine, with theme nights, live gigs, and a big screen for sports events. Le Kitzbuhel bar (+33 479 07 54 46) offers cocktails and holds music gigs, theme nights and DJ evenings. In Les Eucherts there’s Moobar (+33 479 23 18 41), which is a nightclub with a laid-back lounge atmosphere.

There’s a weekly torchlight descent. Other activities in the resort include bowling, ice-skating, a cinema, luge in the forest and snowshoe walking through the beautiful scenery.
