There are still a few offers for summer in the Alps – for active people who fancy some hiking or mountain biking, golf, tennis or swimming in a crystal clear lake.

And if you are thinking ahead to next winter, we’re now getting in lots of early booking deals for holidays in the Alps.

Summer in the Alps

Davos summer cycling with SNO
Self-catering holidays are one of the most cost effective ways to experience Switzerland’s iconic mountain roads by bike. Solaria Apartments in Davos have been reduced from £613pp to £467pp, for the week beginning August 30. The package includes Heathrow flights, airport transfers and seven nights in a two-room apartment. Two adults and two children can stay for seven nights at Le Chalet les Marmottons in La Rosiere for £325.25pp. The luxury residence is located 300m from the village centre and 350m from the slopes. Nassfeld from £545pp with Crystal Ski
Crystal Ski has added Nassfeld to their winter programme – it’s the largest resort in the southern Austrian region of Carinthia, close to the Italian and Slovenian borders. Scenic and sunny, it has a wide range of intermediate slopes, along with a selection of mountain huts for a delicious lunch. There’s a buy-one-get-one-free offer on all adult lift passes for new bookings made by August 31.
