Summer is sadly over…but no need to feel sad about it since we can now start getting exited about the forthcoming ski season! If you’re still undecided on where and when to go on your ski holiday, here are a few ideas.

Don’t forget to reserve your airport parking at least 24 hours before you go – this is especially important during peak holiday periods whether in the summer or winter. If you’re flying from Gatwick, Cophall Parking has some offers just for Welove2ski viewers.

 

 

White Christmas in the Alps

Reberty family trip for £3,299 with Ski Famille
Spend a week in Chalet Katie 1, which sleeps 11 and has a prime 3 Valleys position overlooking the piste in Reberty-les-Menuires. The chalet is ski-in-ski-out and now costs £3,299 for seven nights half board for a family of four for a week over Christmas. The holiday departs December 23. Obergurgl is a great place for a family Christmas, with the Advent Market taking place on December 1-22 this year, lighting up the centre of the village with stalls selling everything from arts and crafts to mulled wine, punch and Christmas gifts. …and the Rest of the Ski Season

La Plagne from £1,056pp with SNO
Save money by booking all-inclusive when skiing as a family. Staying in Aime La Plagne costs from £1,056pp on the week beginning April 8, which for most British schools is the second week of the Easter Holidays. The price includes nearly everything you’ll need: food, drink (including alcohol for parents), hotel accommodation, flights from London City Airport, transfers, lift pass and ski or snowboard lessons or guiding. The only thing left to arrange separately is ski hire. Bookings: SNO.

Ischgl from £1,085pp and BOGOHF lift passes with Crystal Ski
Save £210 (£116 for buy-one-get-one-half-price lift pass and €100 hotel credit) in Ischgl. One week half board at the four-star Family Resort Seiblishof is now from £1,085pp including flights from Gatwick to Innsbruck, childcare, and transfers (price given is for departure on January 6). Sainte Foy from £62pp with Peak Retreats
Spend seven nights at Etoile des Cimes from £162pp (was £180pp). The three-star self-catered apartments are at the foot of the slopes, in heart of the village. Val d’Isere from £1,069pp with VIP Ski
Chalet Bel Sol in Val d’Isere is full of character, with sumptuous sofas tucked away under timber beams and a giant chandelier above the dining table. The chalet sleeps six to eight with two balconies overlooking the pistes and the skating rink. Prices are from £1,069pp (down from £1,169pp, so a saving of £100pp) for a seven-night stay arriving on March 7. La Plagne apartment for £1,086 with Erna Low
Stay seven nights at the four-star Residence Front de Neige in Plagne Villages. This two-bedroom apartment sleeps up to six people and was £1,235. It now costs £1,086 (or £271.50pp). Located in the heart of the area, it offers direct access to the slopes as well as the Telebus cable-car to Plagne Centre. There’s access to a spa area with an indoor heated swimming-pool, hot tub, and hammam. The holiday departs on January 13 and includes Eurotunnel crossings. Bookings: Erna Low.  

Avoriaz from £400pp with Ski Collection
Stay seven nights at L’Amara in Avoriaz from £400pp (was £500pp). The four-star family-friendly apartments are located at 1800m and benefit from a ski-in ski-out position. Book before November 2 to save 20% on selected weeks, including Christmas and Easter. Price based on five people sharing a two-bedroom apartment (sleeps six) arriving on January 6, including Eurotunnel crossings with free FlexiPlus upgrades. Bookings: Ski Collection.
