If you’re considering skiing this Christmas you’ll quickly discover that there is plenty of availability. What could be better than a genuine White Christmas…particularly one where you won’t have to cook or clear up after the Christmas meal?

Don’t forget to reserve your airport parking at least 24 hours before you go – this is especially important during peak holiday periods whether in the summer or winter. If you’re flying from Gatwick, Cophall Parking has some offers just for Welove2ski viewers.

 

 

Early Season trips

Arc 1950 apartment for £1,340 wth Erna Low
Enjoy the European Film Festival in Arc 1950 for the opening week of the season. On the week starting December 16 stay in two-bedroom superior apartment for £1,340 (which works out at £335pp) including Eurotunnel flexiplus crossings. Early Bird Week with Ski Amis
Fancy some pre-Christmas skiing? On the week starting December 16 you can now go for a week starting at £299pp in a choice of La Plagne, La Tania and Les Menuires. There are also discounts on lift passes that week, and flight prices with easyJet are currently less than £100 return from Gatwick to Geneva. Les Deux Alpes from £327pp with Ski France
A week at Hotel Le Mottaret in Meribel during the Christmas holidays costs from £242pp half board (the price is for the week commencing December 16) – that’s £966 in total, with a Kids Go Free deal. On the same week, two adults and two children (age 17 and under) can stay half board at Hotel Ibiza in Les Deux Alpes from £327pp – £1,306 in total with the Kids Go Free deal. Both of these holidays are for two adults and two children age 17 years and under, with flights and transfers at extra cost. Babysitting is available on request. La Rosiere for £882pp with Ski Beat
For arrival on December 23, there’s a saving of £87pp off a week’s ski holiday in the fully catered Chalet Papillon in family-friendly resort of Le Rosiere. The price is chalet half board and includes festive meals and Christmas celebrations, with a traditional British Christmas lunch and crackers. Oz en Oisans from £267pp with Peak Retreats
Stay seven nights at ski-in ski-out Chalet des Neiges from £267pp (it was £381pp). Low Season January

Val d’Isere for £699pp with SNO
Save over £200 off the brochure price of chalets when you book one in Val d’Isere in January. On the week beginning January 13, Chalet Sophie is down from £925pp to £699pp, including Gatwick flights, transfers and seven nights chalet catering. The chalet apartment sleeps 12 and has a convenient piste-side location. Bookings: SNO.

Alpe d’Huez from £1,079pp with VIP Ski
Chalet La Chapelle is one of five chalets in Alpe d’Huez located in a cobbled courtyard next to the main lifts. It has a hot tub and sauna, and sleeps up to 14 people so is ideal for housing large families and groups of friends. A seven-night stay arriving January 7 is now from £1,079pp (down from £1,179, so a saving of £100). Price include return flights from Gatwick, resort transfers and seven night’s chalet board. New for this season are two three-star chalets in Flaine, starting at £363pp for three nights mid-week on January 8 and including flights and transfers. Chalet Marmotte (sleeps 8-9) and Chalet Flaine (sleeps 10) are in the Hameau de Flaine, above the main resort, and both have lovely views.
