There’s a special offer on luxury apartments in Avoriaz, where you can save £500 at February half term. A two-bedroom apartments sleeping up to six people at L’Amara is £4,521 per apartment on the week starting February 16 (full price £5,024, and the discount is £502). Avoriaz has easy access from Geneva airport and one of the shorter drive times from Calais. More flights to Innsbruck in the Austrian Tirol
Travelling to the Austrian Tirol will now be even easier with British Airways, easyJet and Laudamotion increasing the number of flights to Innsbruck for the ski season. From December 9, BA will run daily flights from Heathrow to Innsbruck, bar Wednesday, as well as twice daily at weekends, with return flights from £66pp. easyJet is introducing a new flight from Manchester to Innsbruck, every Sunday from December to March, with return flights from £58pp. Laudamotion (owned by Ryanair) has launched two new flights: one from Stansted to Innsbruck every Sunday, and the other from Dublin to Innsbruck every Saturday. Innsbruck is close to some of the Tirol’s best resorts such as St Anton, the Stubai Valley and Mayrhofen. Information: Visit Tirol.
