As you can see from our latest snow report, there’s been snow in the Alps this week, adding to the fabulous cover in most resorts. Off-piste conditions include powder – and therefore avalanche risk, so if you’re thinking of venturing off piste make sure you hire a guide to help you find the best snow, safely.

There’s 35% off the Sun Valley apartments in Plagne Soleil for the week beginning April 7. On top of this there is also a special offer where you can buy two adults’ passes and get one child’s pass for free. Les Deux Alpes from £249pp in April with Ski France
The snow-sure resort of Les Deux Alpes makes a good destination for a late-season break. Located at the end of the valley not far from the village centre, the recently renovated three-star Ibiza Hotel has an indoor heated pool, sauna and steam room. A Kids Go Free offer gives free board to all children aged 17 and under on the same board basis as their parents. There’s availability in the ski-in ski-out hamlet of Reberty above Les Menuires, with a 50% discount when staying for a week at Chalet Flocon des Neiges on March 24 – the price is now £525pp (was £1,049pp) for chalet half board, or at Chalet Neve or Le Chamois for £540pp (was £1,079pp). Kuhtai family holiday from £3,489 with Esprit Ski
