We’re now in the first month of spring, so how about some sunny spring skiing, maybe even with lunch sitting outside on a terrace? As well as taking a look at the deals below, it’s also worth having a look at what the ski specialist travel agencies have on offer, such as SNO, Snowfinders and Ski in Luxury. Most of the major tour operators have ski holiday deals available throughout the winter, too.

Make sure you stay safe: take local advice, book a qualified guide, and have all the necessary equipment with you before even considering leaving the marked piste.

Val d’Isere mid-March for £1,553pp with SNO
Save £444pp on a luxurious week in Val d’Isere’s Avenue Lodge Hotel. Departing on March 14, a seven-night stay including breakfasts, flights from Manchester airport and transfers has been reduced from £1,997pp to £1,553pp. The five-star hotel is in the centre of the resort and popular for its Savoyard style lounge bar and indoor swimming-pool. Kitzbuhel Film Festival this August from £820pp
This August, Kitzbuhel in the Austrian Tirol will once again become a stage for filmmakers from all over the world, with an opportunity for industry professionals, media and the public to see a feast of new releases. The eighth edition of the Film Festival Kitzbuhel (August 24-30) will take place over seven days at a variety of venues throughout the town and feature a specially created drive-in cinema and an outdoor screening on the Kitzbuhel Horn peak.
